Made with ruby grapefruit handpicked from a single – very productive – tree near Tilba on the NSW South Coast.

Nothing but fresh fruit, sugar, heat and (a lot of!) cutting and stirring. There is no pectin in this.

Great balance of bitter and sweet with a hint of juniper. Spread on toast with lashings of butter.
