PEPE SAYA MILK IS COMING!
After more than 10 years of dreaming, we are bringing a Pepe Saya Milk to the market.
We are busy setting up our dairy in Grafton on the North Coast of NSW, with our first bottles of milk hitting the shelves mid-2026.
This year you will see our milk on the shelf in glass bottles at your local delis, frothing in your morning coffee at cafes, and at our Carriageworks Market stall. We will be offering an unhomogenised milk and full cream milk.

For home – available in homogenised and unhomogenised 1L glass or plastic bottles + 2L plastic bottles
For retail - available in homogenised and unhomogenised 1L glass or plastic bottles + 2L plastic bottles + a glass return system
For cafes – available in homogenised 2L bottles and 10L bladders
For bakeries and manufacturing - available in homogenised 2L bottles, 10L bladders and 1000L pallecons

We want to make your daily milk as sustainable as possible, so we have created the Pepe Saya Milk Bottle Library.
Take your glass bottle home, enjoy your milk, then bring the bottle back and swap it for a fresh one.
