Two Australian artisan producers have come together to create a bakery quality puff pastry for chefs, restaurants, cafés and pastry chefs.

The all-Australian pastry is made using our buttersheets and Wholegrain Milling sustainable flour. This pastry truly showcases the provenance of dairy and wheat, brought to life by the craftmanship of the buttermaker and the pastry chef to create the perfect puff every time.

The light, flaky puff pastry is perfect for crafting pies, galettes, palmiers, tarts, rolls… Allowing you to create patisserie quality pastries anywhere.

    • Ideal working temperature 10-15˚C.
    • Ideal cooking temperature is 374˚F / 190˚C (recipe dependent)
    • Best stored frozen. Shelf life 7 days at 4˚C and up to 6 months at -18 ˚C
    • Thaw in the fridge the night prior to use
    • 10x500gm sheets of puff pastry per carton
    • Sheets are 36cm L x 25cm W x 3.5cm H (may vary by ± 1cm)
