‘Trombone Gramma’ pumpkins grown on the NSW the south coast. Pickled with an incredible blend of spices, fresh green chillis and lime. This is my favourite preserve, completely unique - a must try.

Makes a curry sing, it can be a base for a quick (and easy) tofu and cashew nut curry or you can have it simply with fresh bread.
