Crooked Creek Top Notch Cheese Biscuits

Pepe and Mrs Pepe's favourite biscuits- Crooked Creek Cheese Biscuits, made using Pepe Saya Cultured Butter. 

We met Zoe at the markets years ago and have been eating her biscuits ever since! She makes them in small batches using Pepe Saya Cultured Butter and certified organic Australian flour. 

A Winter tip: The cheese biscuits are divine served hot with drinks or sprinkled over warm winter salads. Spread on a baking tray, and warm for 5 minutes in a moderate 180º oven, taking care not to burn.

Ingredients (all Australian): Organic flour, Cheddar & Parmesan cheeses (30%), Cultured Butter, Salt, Milk & Cayenne pepper
