Local plums, mulberries, Seville orange juice, cloves, star anise, cinnamon, pink peppercorns and mustard, with a touch of vinegar and sugar. It is a super accompaniment for ham, turkey, duck, pork or with a baked brie. A must for Christmas.  

It has been a bumper season for mulberries this year, but as always, these jars are limited as there are only so many mulberries one can pick! You can see the beautiful berries on the tree they were handpicked from in the photos.

Made for us by Tilba Cooks on the NSW South Coast on their farm. Small batch, hand cut, natural-set.
