I have been dreaming about a pecan pie cookie dough for going on two years…and now it is here! We wanted to bring the nostalgia of a pie into cookie form. Grace from ButterBoy got to work to bring it to life, asking her mum to share her recipe for candied pecans to make sure she got it just right.

The Cookie! Candied pecans in a brown butter spiced dough with cinnamon, allspice, maple syrup and dark chocolate. Rich, sweet, spiced and nutty!
