This butter is our unsalted, non-cultured Australian butter designed for cooking. Made from 100% Australian cream (pasteurised from cows milk).

Fresh cream comes in from the farms and is then churned, kneaded and packed to size - producing a natural tasting creamy butter.

This comes in a 4kg box, which is 2 x 2 kg blocks.

How To Store

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Shelf life - up to 12 weeks from date made when chilled.

If you are using it slowly, we recommend freezing it and then slow thawing in the fridge as you need. You can cut it into smaller pieces for ease when thawing, ensure it is kept well wrapped and airtight.
