Full fruit flavour, with a balance of sweet and tart. Hand made in small batches for Pepe Saya by Tilba Cooks, with organic apricots sourced from Block 11’s organic orchards on the slopes of Gaanha-bula - Mount Canobolis, near Orange.

I would have this with a croissant and lashings of butter - yum!
