The classic combination of quince and pear get an interesting twist with a hint of peel from the intriguing Buddha’s hand and rose geranium. If you have never heard of Buddha's hand, it is an unusually shaped citron variety. 

This is beautiful on scones with our clotted cream, on toast with plenty of butter or it is a wonderful glaze for baking (like a pear tart). 

Made with fruit picked from unsprayed trees around Tilba, on the NSW South Coast. 200gm jar. 

Small batch, hand cut, natural-set. Made seasonally by Tilba Cooks for Pepe Saya.
