Block 11‘s certified organic apricots from the slopes of Gaanha-bula - Mount Canobolis, near Orange and Tilba pears. A perfect balance of fruit, spice, acid and a little heat. Fabulous with a curry, ham, cheese – you name it. I have it with our aged cheddar.
