A restaurant dessert that you can have at home.
With a caramelised crust and custardy centre, there is nothing quite like a canelé. It is a petit pastry originating from Bordeaux in France. Made with Pepe Saya Cultured Butter, vanilla and a touch of rum.
Made by David Gueguen of Au Canelé Gourmand from the recipes and techniques his Mother and Grandmother taught him in France.
Each box has six canelé. On arrival freeze your canelé and then heat from frozen in your oven or airfryer. Serve alone or with chantilly mascarpone.
