Blackberry pear & lemon verbena jam
A soft set jam made with pears from a tree overlooking Tilba lake and blackberries from the farm.
This is beautiful on scones with our clotted cream, on toast with plenty of butter or it is a wonderful glaze for baking (like a pear tart).
Made with fruit picked from unsprayed trees around Tilba, on the NSW South Coast. 200gm jar.
Small batch, hand cut, natural-set. Made seasonally by Tilba Cooks for Pepe Saya.
