Mrs Pepe is famous for her buttermilk scones. Make your own scones at home with her recipe. The buttermilk makes them fluffy and adds depth to the flavour. Serve up your freshly baked scones with our jam or marmalade (you pick!) and our clotted cream...we will leave it to you to decide which comes first.

Each pack comes with your choice of jam or marmalade, Mrs Pepe's scone mix (500gm), Pepe Saya buttermilk (1L), Pepe Saya unsalted butter (200gm) and 2x clotted creams (each is 35gm). It will make two batches, with each batch making 8-12 scones.

Keep chilled - buttermilk, clotted cream and butter. Ambient - flour mix, jam/marmalade. Shelf life of buttermilk is 7-21 days and clotted cream is 7-10 days as they are fresh with no preservatives.
