Beyond the glamour of Positano lies the charming town of Cetara, home to Armatore—a four-generation fishing family known for their anchovies.

Spring-caught anchovies, aged in chestnut barrels, then preserved in olive oil for rich flavour.

One of my favourite simple pleasures in fresh bread, lashings of butter and anchovies. These are beautiful and you can drizzle the oil on – salads, pastas, fresh bread or make an anchovy butter.
