Delivery days and details
Deliveries Tues, Wed, Thurs & Saturday with our local refrigerated courier.
You will get a text on the morning of delivery and then once it is delivered. Order cut off is 8am, 2 days prior to delivery day.
If you would like to request a particular delivery day you can put it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email.
|Wollongong, Central Coast and Newcastle||
North Wollongong- Wed & Fri, order cut off 2 days prior.
South Wollongong- Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri, order cut off 2 days prior.
Central Coast- Thursday delivery, order cut off 2 days prior.
Newcastle- Tues & Fri delivery, order cut off 2 days prior.
Blue Mountains- Thursday delivery, order cut off 2 days prior.
Melbourne and some parts of Victoria
Dispatch on Wednesday for delivery on Fridays for metro areas with our local refrigerated courier. Order cut off is the Sunday prior 11.59pm.
Some regional areas are limited delivery zones, we will email you to confirm.
Interstate: QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT, NSW, ACT & VIC (if not listed above)
Deliveries are sent express post in specialized packaging and ice.
Dispatch is Tuesday/Wednesday, for delivery within 48 hours to express delivery zones. Order cut off is the Sunday prior 11.59pm.
If your area is outside out normal delivery zone we will email you upon ordering. WA and NT are often outside our normal zoning.

CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN DELIVERY DAY?
We can deliver on particular days within Sydney, dependent on the area. You can request this in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving before your request is made.
CAN YOU ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?
Yes we are happy to add a card if you are sending a gift. Please write it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the card. We do not giftwrap sorry.

With the current COVID situation many drivers will choose to do a contactless delivery. Please be aware that drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell, instead they will leave the order for you to come and collect. It is important our deliveries are made in the safest way possible for you and the driver.
CAN YOU PACK MY ORDER INTO MULTIPLE BOXES?
We can do this, there is cost of $5-10 per box, dependent on the location. If you would like us to do this please request it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email.

HOW DOES PEPE SAYA PACK ITS PRODUCTS?
Your Pepe Saya products are packed carefully in specially designed packaging and with ice (when necessary).
Different delivery areas will have different packaging. We do try our best to avoid unnecessary packaging, however we do need to ensure the products are kept chilled in transit which at times means we need to use stryofoam. We are phasing these out where possible.
HOW MUCH PRODUCT CAN YOU SHIP IN ONE ORDER?
We only ship orders under 10kg
WHERE DOES PEPE SAYA DELIVER TO?
Pepe Saya only delivers to locations with Australia post guaranteed express post zones. To check your postcode please go to Auspost Postcode Tracker, use 2229 as the postcode it is leaving from.
If you place an order and are outside our normal delivery zone we will email you through your options- we can send at your own risk; send to a nearby address that may be next day; or we can refund the order.
WILL COVID LOCKDOWNS IMPACT MY DELIVERY?
Things can change at any minute in the current situation and can cause delivery delays and deliveries being made later in the day. We constantly monitor this and keep in touch with our couriers to avoid delays.
