Spice Traveller - Moroccan Spice Mix

Some of the most diverse and vibrant food comes from Morocco. Its elaborate and complex spice blends connect traditions from Berber, Arab, Persian, Andalusian and Middle Eastern cultures.

Each spice mix comes with the Spice Travellers Moroccan tagine recipe, which uses our buttermilk to marinate and tenderise the meat, and our ghee to cook in- order both to complete the recipe.
