Brandy and butter...what more could you want for Christmas?
Made by carefully cooking sugar, brandy and vanilla to create our brandy syrup (also cooking off the alcohol). We then fold the syrup with Pepe Saya Cultured Butter.
Perfectly served atop a steaming hot Sonoma Christmas Pudding, on fruit mince tarts fresh from the oven or your Christmas morning toast...
