Make Your Own Kale Chips

Try this surprisingly simple yet amazingly delicious recipe and delight your friends with this healthy treat when they come over!

 

INGREDIENTS

• Kale Chips
• 1 Tablespoon of Pepe Saya Ghee
• Salt

Note: to make Katie Graham's Kale Chips, you can buy Pepe Saya Ghee from your local store or order them from our Online Store.

METHOD

1. Heat oven to 180˚C
2. Cut up a big handful of kale with scissors
3. Melt 1 tablespoon of Pepe Saya Ghee in a baking dish in the oven for 5minutes
4. Mix kale and melted Pepe Saya Ghee in the baking dish
5. Throw in salt
6. Bake for 15 minutes
