Grapefruit & Rhubarb Marmalade
We have a very limited run of this seasonal grapefruit and rhubarb marmalade. Carefully made using fruit picked from unsprayed trees around Tilba, on the NSW South Coast.
The perfect balance of tartness, bitterness and sweetness. Nothing but fresh fruit, sugar, heat and (a lot of!) cutting and stirring.
Spread on toast, pop a dollop with yoghurt or on freshly made scones.
