Pepe Saya Brandy Butter made by carefully cooking sugar, brandy and vanilla to create our brandy syrup (also cooking off the alcohol). We then fold the syrup with Pepe Saya Cultured Butter.
Sonoma Puddings are handmade in small batches with Sonoma Miche bread crumbs, Pepe Saya Butter, dried fruits, freshly grated apples & carrots soaked in brandy and Coopers stout beer, then individually steamed.
460gm pudding, serves 6-8 people.
